The National Testing Agency (NTA) is now accepting online applications for the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2026, which facilitates admission to Class 6 and Class 9 in Sainik and New Sainik Schools nationwide for the 2026-27 academic year. How to Apply for AISSEE 2026?

Visit the official website: exams.nta.nic.in/sainik-school-society. Click on “AISSEE 2026 Registration.” Register using basic details and verify contact information. Log in, complete the full application, and upload required documents. Pay the examination fee online as per category. Preview, submit, and download the confirmation page. Students are advised to read the Information Bulletin for detailed eligibility, reservation rules, exam cities, syllabus, and result criteria before applying.

AISEE 2026 Exam Schedule and Format

The examination will take place offline, using pen and paper, and OMR sheets. The test format consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Class 6 entrance exam lasts for 150 minutes and is available in 13 languages. Class 9 entrance test duration: 180 mins, available exclusively in English medium.
