CTET Eligibility Criteria 2025
For Paper I:
- Passed 12th class with a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved categories).
- Completion of or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- Or a bachelor’s degree with a B.Ed qualification.
For Paper II:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) and passed or appearing in B.Ed.
- Senior Secondary (12th) with 50% and cleared or appearing in the final year of B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.
